Abstract

Introduction: Human Resources (HR) plays an important role in the success of every organization, because HR is responsible for implementing all activities that support the achievement of company goals. The existence of competent and involved employees is the main requirement for organizations to achieve their targets. Therefore, employee satisfaction is an important factor that must be considered by companies. Employee satisfaction can be influenced by various factors, including procurement packages, work environment, and company culture

Methods: This study was conducted at PT XYZ with the aim of analyzing the factors that influence employee satisfaction. Using quantitative methods and SPSS software, researchers collected data through a survey involving 46 employees at the company.

Results: The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of satisfaction and employee satisfaction, where employees who received satisfaction tended to be more satisfied with their jobs. In addition, organizational culture was also shown to have a significant influence on employee satisfaction. On the other hand, this study found that the work environment did not have a significant influence on employee satisfaction at PT XYZ.

Conclusion: These findings indicate that companies need to pay more attention to aspects of peace and organizational culture to improve employee job satisfaction. Although the work environment does not have a significant influence in the context of this study, this factor should still be considered as part of an overall effort to create a conducive work environment and motivate employees to be more productive.
