The Trends in Food Safety and Hygiene Journal (TFSHJ) is a biannual publication, released in June and December. It features writings and articles derived from the opinions, research findings, and expertise of experts, scientists, practitioners, and reviewers in the domains of food safety, hygiene, and related areas. The publication number consists of a range of six to twelve manuscripts. Please endeavor to submit a piece of work that is written in lucid English or Bahasa. PT Solusi Era Mediatama is the publisher of the Trends in Food Safety and Hygiene Journal (TFSHJ). The first edition is scheduled for release in June 2024.
